On June 25, Brazil local time, Petrobras' FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Unit) P70 successfully achieved its first oil production, marking the official announcement of the commissioning of this 350,000-ton world-class "offshore oil and gas plant". As a key project for CNOOC to actively implement the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, this project is independently built and integrated by CNOOC.
It is reported that as a world-class "offshore oil and gas plant", P70 is in service in the sub-salt oil field of Santos Basin, Brazil, and its displacement and production capacity are among the largest FPSOs in the world. It has a maximum displacement of 350,000 tons, an operating depth of 2,200 meters, a crude oil processing capacity of 150,000 barrels per day, a natural gas processing capacity of 6 million cubic meters per day, and a maximum annual production capacity of 15 million tons, equivalent to 1/4 of the annual production of Daqing oil field.
